Clipmarks Unleashed

  • May. 11th, 2008 at 12:09 AM
Good tactics for getting authority links and building links with relevant sites.

Clipping is the easy part... it is knowing the structure and how the network needs to be layed out is when it gets confusing.

Clipmarks Unleashed
This is my story.

I'll cover Clipmarks Unleashed on another day.

I got so carried away and caught up in my situation years back — I just kept writing about it.

Maybe this sounds like someone you know.

I may have shared to much private info on myself, but so what. It is a good lesson — at least for me.

Clipmarks Unleashed... Link Building and Traffic Generation

Clipmarks Unleashed

I’m trying to think back… did I owe $5500 or was it $7500 on my Amazon Chase credit card before I finally paid it off — okay, I’ll come clean; it was $7500… damn!!

That’s a chunk of cash.

The days of buying ebooks, domain names, scripts, joining membership sites just because I wanted to — those days were long gone unless I could figure out what to do - and fast!

In the first video — the Clipmarks Intro Video, I mentioned something that an old Mentor of mine once told me.

I was like a heroin addict always looking for my next “product of the day fix.”

Utility Poster

  • Apr. 28th, 2008 at 12:09 PM
Utility Poster is a great new software program that allows you to make a post to your blog when you cannot think of anything to post -- you post and talk about what others have posted on their blog.

Utility Poster is one of the most useful tools I have found in a long time.

It qualifies to be in my "must have" toolbox.

Utility Poster ~ and a Blogging Made Easy Video

Utility Poster looks to be one of those “gotta have it” tools.
Utilty Poster
Why is it a must have tool?

Because it does something I have told people I coach to do — but it does it semi-automatically.

Jack Humphrey (of social power linking fame) just wrote a post on his blog about his new tool, Utility Poster — I am writing about what he wrote.

If I had Utility Poster… it would have been a lot easier to write this post.

Instead of me telling you about it… just watch the Utility Poster video below.

Jobs - Jobs they are everywhere?

  • Apr. 25th, 2008 at 9:26 PM
Jobs are out there to be found.

It kind of reminds me of the construction industry, farming and basic general labor -- Americans I guess no longer want to do this type of work.

Maybe I'm wrong... I really don't know.

One thing I do know -- there is a lot of non U.S. citizens working at hospitals these days.

Maybe it has been this way a long time and I've simply not noticed -- or paid attention.

Rant on Jobs ~ non Marketing

Where are the Jobs

Last Wednesday my wife was having some pain in her lower abdomen… wrenching pain that brought her to her knees.

The short of it… we called the Doctor… went to her office — she did a CT scan on my wife… gave my wife a few prescriptions, and sent her home.

her iv machine

On the drive home the Doc called… said the CT scan was in and it’s not good… told us to head to the emergency room as my wifes appendix had ruptured — OOPs!, no diverticulitis.

Her Doctor is from India… my wifes Nurse last night was from the Ivory Coast (Africa)… and her Tech this morning was from South America somewhere — I could not understand her very well.

I hope someone does not ask me something like, “doe she want to donate a kidney while she is here“.

I think she also told me there was special programs in some countries set up where non U.S. residents train to specifically work in the U.S.

Time to get back to my wife before she donates a kidney (and this hospital computer blows).

I've posted a review before about Micro Niche Finder.

This will be the last -- I wanted to post one more before the prices goes up.

Seriously, check out this tool - it will be a great addition to your arsenal.

Micro Niche Finder ~ Review

Snap6.gif
This is one tool every serious blogger needs to have in their toolbox.
Micro Niche Finder

I’m getting ready to launch on a new membership site, Big Fish Blogger (posting about it next week).

While doing my "due diligence"… I asked a few Bloggers to share with me (an unofficial survey of sorts), what was the number one problem or top challenge they had with blogging.

Micro Niche Finder is not a blogging tool.

I’m ranked #4 in Google for that phrase — it is a post on this blog.

It is really a fluke that I even wrote the post. Has nothing to do with marketing — but I was trying out a new tool (Micro Niche Finder), and I wanted to test it out.

I entered the term "how to" in the Micro Niche Finder search pane.

So here’s your answer… the number one challenge we all face — writing content that people are wanting to read.

How do you know? Have you done the research — or did you just sit down and decide to write a post because you have not written one lately?

Google Ads for Free ~ Real Deal or BS

  • Apr. 12th, 2008 at 2:55 PM
While you really do not get ads for free... Dr. Jon does show you how at the end of the day you can advertise on Google and you'll have zero net cost.

You still have to pay for the ads... you just create a co op of sorts with other people (one way) -- let them pay for the ads and you have no cost when it is all said and done.

So again, it will cost you upfront, unless you collect money upfront -- but you are letting others pay the cost of running your Google Adwords ads.

    Free Groceries

    • Apr. 12th, 2008 at 12:23 PM
The company advertising in the banner below will give you Free Groceries.

Most of these companies require that you give them your email address and complete a few forms.

I suggest creating a new email account at gmail for these offers as they will bombard you with offers... but hey, it is worth it to get something for free -- in this case free food.

Be sure to get a new gmail account -- do not sign up using your main email address.
