Team Beachbody ~ transforming lives

  • Sep. 16th, 2008 at 3:14 PM
With the current state of the economy… the job layoffs… the foreclosures… the overall uncertainty people are feeling… the stress… people are looking for alternative ways to provide an income and secure future for their family.

“I’ve never seen a company where the customers are as passionate about the products, and how their lives have been transformed as I have with Team Beachbody. Your search for a home based business will be over when you watch Beth’s and Dawn’s video“… Andrew Daum

Team Beachbody is not the same old "Network Marketing" company of past... they have taken it to a whole new level.

They've combined Social Networking with marketing products people are truly passoniate about, and keep on buying.

Team Beachbody is changing lives.

You can be successful with your own home based business… but you do have to get started.

You can tell from watching the other videos on this site, people are changing their lives financially… and transforming their bodies.

Mark McDermott and his wife get to enjoy a ton more family time now that the two have quit their other jobs.

You must take control of your future… otherwise, the company you work for now will decide what your future will be for you.

I can tell you from personal experience, this is not something you want to happen.

Regardless of what you may think or what they may tell you, they do not have your best interest at heart… only their own.

One day they are telling you it’s ‘business as usual‘ and everything is fine… and the next day they hand you a pink slip, and a box to carry out your personal belongings.

We see this happening on the news and to people we know every day.

Take back control of your life.

Network Marketing

If you have decided to become involved with Network Marketing, you need to do your homework as not all Network Marketing companies are created equal.

Some are nothing but money games (ponzi schemes) masquerading as a legitimate Network Marketing company.

While many are basically 'knock off' copycat companies, promoting the latest and greatest product another company launched into the marketplace.

Most importantly, you need to find a company with 'mass appeal' products that people are passionate about and continue to purchase.

This trait alone will make your Network Marketing business one of enjoyment and very prosperous.

Since you cannot really depend on your upline to help you -- not really, you need to choose a company with built in support systems and marketing tools you can use to build your business.

Once you have found a company that has what I call "passionate" products... and support systems in place that makes it easier to build a business, you may have found a winner.

Network Marketing ~ and the dip

Seth Godin pretty much described my past ventures with Network Marketing in his book “The Dip.”

While he was not referring to Network Marketing specifically… he pretty much hit the nail on the head when it comes to the challenges most Network Marketers face.

We sponsor a few friends and family members… make a few product sales, and start planning of ways to spend our newly found wealth.

Then it happens.

The next hill… unlike the first, is huge.

More like a Mountain.

The discipline needed to climb out of that dip is hard… to hard in fact.

So we quit.

Maybe we don’t quit and give up right away… we give it our all and try to climb out of the dip a few more times, but like Seth’s ’stick man’… we slide back down the hill, right back to the bottom of the dip.

We are stuck there.

So this time… we do quit.

And we should.

Why would you keep trying to get out of a ‘dip’, only to slide right back to the bottom. You have better things to do with your time.

Beth’s Weight Loss Success Story

Bethany was miserable just getting dressed for school, squeezing into a size 14.

After her pregnancy, she hit 200 pounds and decided to do something about it.

The only pictures I liked of myself was from the neck up… so many times I just wanted to feel beautifulWhen describing myself to others I always said I have a good personality

The Video also includes Dawn’s story.

I did not know how bad I felt until I felt good.”

Product Development and Niche Marketing Ideas: Part 2

In Part 1 of this series I gave you a resource of products sold using direct mail.

Let’s take this “Idea Generator” one step further.

What about all of those late night infomercials? How did those products do… and what did those who purchased the product think of it.

The reviews are mixed.

Some loved the product they purchased… some said they were outright scams.

Like “Part 1″ of Product Development and Niche Marketing Ideas — this is an “Idea Generator” post.

Take a look at what sold… if you have the time, do a little cross referencing of these products at NextMark.

One product that jumped out at me was Kevin Trudeau’s “Debt Cures”.

His controversial debt cure book had mixed reviews… but there does seem to be a demand for the product, and possibly one that’s better (hint, hint).

Product Development Video ~ Research

Developing Products and Niche Marketing can be rough at times.

While we are talking about two different subjects... the steps
and procedures on a product to develop and and a product
to promote are really the same.

Think about it... you would not develop a product where there
is not a hungry market.

And you would not promote someone elses product where there
was not a market with cash in hand ready to buy either.

So we are really talking about the same thing when you get
right down to it.

Only difference is with Niche Marketing where you are selling
someone elses product (affiliate marketing), at least you did
not waste your time developing the product if it does not sell.

Sidenote: That's why there is so many cheap PLR ebooks
out there for you to buy -- they could not sell it at the price
they initially wanted to -- now they are trying to make a little
selling it to you.

Product Development is a little different.

You do have time vested creating the product -- so you need to
do your homework and make 100% sure there is a hungry ravanging
market for your new creation -- with ready cash in hand.

Check out the product development video for more info.

Product Development and Niche Marketing Ideas

The Big Idea for the day!

I don’t know about you… but sometimes it just seems like my brain freezes up — much the way it does when I inhale a Swirl at Uncle Julio’s through a straw (a swirl is a frozen feast of margarita and sangria).

Doesn’t matter what I do — pull out my cheat sheets… spend an hour at Clickbank, etc, etc… but nuttin — might as well head on over to Uncle Julio’s.

My brain is frozen.

Product Development and Niche Marketing is a tough business.

You first have to learn how to use all the “tools of the trade”… Camtasia, Video Camera, web site or blogging software, Graphics programs, how to create ebooks and pdf’s — then you have to figure out how to get people to your site.

Wears me out just thinking about it — and that’s not even a full list of stuff you need to know.

Sad part?

So, before you create that new ebook or HD Video on “How to Breed Termites for Fun and Profit” — check out the video (trying out Blip.TV this time).

With sales, it is far easier to make a sale
to someone who is needing what you have.

Better yet, it is better if they are needing it right now!

Like the House on Fire analogy, if you were in a
desperate situation where you needed a new
way to get more customers -- because the way
you used to generate leads was not working,
I'd say you are a pretty good candidate for
voice broadcasting software.

After all, you are not wanting to create a need,
you want to fill a need that already exists.

The problem is finding those people.

That's what voice broadcasting allows you
to do -- rejection free I might add.

While I myself am not a big fan of receiving
phone calls about stuff that does not
interest me -- by a computer or a live
person... if it is something I am interested
in I could care less how I'm contacted.

That's all I have to say about iBuzzPro and
Voice Broadcasting -- read the article below
for more info.

Lead Generation ~ Life Blood of Your Business

  • Aug. 11th, 2008 at 11:50 AM
Lead generation is the most important part of any business.

It does not matter the type of business you own.

If you own a Pizza Shop... you have to generate leads, as
those leads eventually become customers.

Same thing as a Landscaping, Home Improvement or Real
Estate Business. You must have leads.

You must then have a system in place that culls through
those 'suspect' leads in order for them to become
qualified Prospects.

Voice Broadcasting is another weapon you can use for
lead generation.

Fortune 500 companies have been using voice broadcasting
for years... it is now available to the little guy.

You can reach thousands of people a day with voice broadcasting
at a cost far less than that of typical advertising.

You can find out more about lead generation and how to
work only with those who are qualified Prospects.

How To Get More Customers ~ Rejection Free 'Auto Pilot' Prospecting

What is "Rejection Free Prospecting"?

Rejection Free Prospecting allows you to sort through and 'cull out' those people not interested in the services you offer, or products you may be selling (without any personal rejection or attacks).

Cold calling, qualifying and personal rejection is a thing of the past, as the iBuzzPro voice broadcasting system makes the outbound 'cold call' for you.

Benefits

Either way, you do not have to physically dial the phone number and cold call anyone… and for all you know — person #2 who did nothing, could be someone losing their home to foreclosure and decided to take out his problems on you that day if you'd personally called him yourself.

Thanks but no thankslet the iBuzzPro system take all that abuse.

While watching the video, I'm sure you heard a few people mention the amount of money they've made marketing the iBuzzPro system.

What kind of money can you make?

You make $500 for each personal sale you make.

iBuzzPro seems like it is going to be a great money maker.

Most Affiliate programs only pay 10 to 50% when you make
a sale -- iBuzzPro will pay you 100% once you have become a qualified Reseller.

To become a qualified reseller, just make 2 sales, that's it.

On your first 2 qualifying sales you make $250, after that you make $5000 for each sale you make.

This has to be the best Affiliate Program on the planet bar none.

The "Voice Broadcasting" system is a virtual auto sales machine
in itself.

This is the product you are selling.

All you do is load up the phone numbers of your contacts into iBuzzPro and let er rip.

You could have hundreds or thousands of people either calling or visiting your web site wanting to know more about your products or services.

This has to be the best Marketing tool to come around since

iBuzzPro Testimonial Video ~ what others are saying

Just a quick little 'Testimonial Video' on what other iBuzzPro users are saying.

On a side note, I did have an intersting call today from a guy with a few questions about iBuzzPro who's a Window Tinter.

He was sold before he called me — only problem, he is so busy tinting car windows now (hot here in Texas — over 100 today) he is worried he'll have more business than he can handle — what a problem to have.

He is really busy during the summer months, but his business comes to a crawl during the Winter. So that is his plan… go ahead and get everything set up over the next couple of weeks, then crank iBuzzPro up when it starts turning cold.

Never fails… a month before Summer hits I receive all kinds of flyers and such in the mail offering me deals on Air Conditioning tune ups… adding Insulation to my attic… Radiant barrier… Pool Cleaning… all of these companies could use iBuzzPro.

They'd save a heck of a lot of money on postage for sure.

iBuzzPro can rock your world with new Prospects.

Can you imagine what it would be like having an extra 20 to 30 people calling you every day -- I'm talking "pre screened" Prospects who want more information on your product, service or business.

Forget Adwords or other costly methods that simply drive traffic to your site. For ten or twenty dollars you can contact people and let them decide if they are interested in what you are offering.

Think about this... if you are a Realtor, you could load up your current contact list when you know of new properties on the market... Insurance Agents use it for staying in touch with and generating new customers... Roofing companies use iBuzzPro to call local areas recently hit with hail... Network Marketers use it for finding new Prospects... Landscaping companies, Chiropractors... Fortune 500 Companies use it to solicit new business... Mortgage Loan Offices use it to contact new customers about refinancing... the list goes on and on.

The iBuzzPro Voice Broadcasting System can be used by any business -- any business that needs new customers.

iBuzzPro ~ a marketers dream system
Give Me a BUZZ

Okay… so this iBuzzPro post is a bit biased — what do you expect, I am an Affiliate.

I’m just now getting cranked up with iBuzzPro… been a little busy with the wife — but she seems to be doing a lot better these past few days, so I can get a little work done.

I’ll not get into all the reasons why YOU need to join iBuzzPro… I’ll let you watch this little video I did.

This one is a bit small (and a tad rough)… just wanted to see how it looked using a smaller size — almost too small for my 49 year old eyes.

Here is a link to another IBuzzProWebinar On Demand” video I did on a test post that’s 640 X 480 (same as small video but larger). This one is rough… I’m going to resize it where it loads faster (loads slow)… polish it up a bit, and let everyone on our team use it.

If you have any questions, give me a call at: 972-924-5366 and lets chat — or you can use my contact form.

iBuzzPro... fast money and a real product, what else could you ask for.

I think this is going to be a great program to be involved with.

With iBuzzPro being a one-time $500.00, you will not be nickel and
dimed to death like a lot of programs - like the ones where you are
required to spend a couple hundred a month buying vitamins.

I'm getting ready to do an iBuzzPro voice broadcast today to over
5000 business opportunity seekers. This should make my phone ring
a little -- beats calling them in person.

iBuzzPro supplied the business opportunity seekers list free of charge.

In fact, they have over 5 million biz opp and network marketing leads
members can use free.

Again, I think iBuzzPro is going to be one of those programs I'll look
back on and be glad I jumped on it when I did.

Affiliate Marketing ~ $500 Commission with a twist: Part 1

A company launches a new product that every Affiliate Marketer, Online Marketer, Realtor, Insurance Agent, Web Site owner, Home Improvement and Carpet Cleaning company wants — basically, it’s something that you and every business owner must have if you plan on staying in business.

This is not something that would be nice if you had it — oh no, it’s something you MUST have or you’ll go broke.

It’s that critical.

Like the air that keeps you alive, it is truly the “AIR” to your business.

What is it?

Affiliate Marketing the New Way

This is how it works on the “front-end” with the company I am referring to (there is a “back-end” as well where you make more money) — when you join the Affiliate Program and purchase the product, you now have “Resale Rights” to the product.

The illustration below is the way most Affiliate programs are set up — where you are selling products for a commission that someone else created, like Mike.

I've spent the last few days trying to figure out why I should not join IBuzzPro.

To begin with, I am NOT a Network Marketer.

Like most of the people I know... I've joined a few companies in the past, but never made the amount of money I should have when you take into account the effort I put into the program.

When my good bud Marc contacted me the other day about IBuzzPro -- right off, I told him I was not interested if it was network marketing.

He told me this was different -- it was more like Affiliate Marketing than MLM.

"You make $250.00 on your first two sales, and $500 on every sale after that. I'll not even get into the 'multi level' pay structure" he told me.

After listening to the Webinar, I decided this was something I realy needed to take a serious look at.

As far as commissions go... it sure beats the pants off of everything else I am doing.

Like Marc said... IBuzzPro is basically Affiliate Marketing with a multi level pay plan -- nothing more to it than that... and after a bit of study, I'd have to agree.

So, I can keep promoting affiliate products that pays me a commission somewhere in the range of $30 to $60 -- or promote one that pays me $500?

... and the product?

That is the best part.

Link Building and SEO can seem like rocket science at times.

Clipmarks Unleashed ~ just another way to build links

I’ve received a few emails (questions) on Clipmarks Unleashed.

Since I’ll more than likely receive these same questions over and over… I’ll just make a post and refer people to it.

First let me say, there is no fancy seo tricks or anything you can not figure out yourself in Clipmarks Unleashed — it is easy stuff once you know how.

Clipmarks allows you to do “remote blogging” — while Clipmarks Unleashed simply shares with you how I do it. I have had some good results using Clipmarks… I rank pretty good for a lot of the keyword phrases I have targeted.

But, it is just another way to build links — another strategy to help you get ranked higher.

Will I get listed on the first page for all of my keywords?
I’ve read that only links with a high PR linking to me will improve my rankings, is this true?” I would have to say this is not true.

Except for the linking back to other sites -- trading links, this is still a good article even for today.

If you will notice -- even though this article is six years old, some of the people mentioned are like the "who's who" of SEO and link building today.

131 (Legitimate) Link Building Strategies

July 11,
2002

In search engine optimization, "off page" factors have
become more and more important as they relate to rankings. In particular, solid
link popularity can literally make or break a site with the search engines.

However, one of the most difficult areas of SEO is building link
popularity. Why? Because the engines don't want "artificially
created" (or useless) links, so there are no easy ways to build link
popularity. The days of link farms and huge link exchange programs are over.
Try those strategies now and you can easily find yourself booted out of an
engine.

The Purpose of this Article
Start with the Basics:

Review any Web site to which you want to link *before* writing
to its Webmaster asking for a link. Like all SEO, do it manually. Automating
the task is asking for trouble, especially if you haven't reviewed the site
before asking for the link. (Gil Sery with Search Engine

Link Building Exchanges ~ Good or Bad?

  • Jun. 13th, 2008 at 5:22 PM
I've seen a few of these link building subscription sites where for $40 or $50 a month you can have a 3 way linking structure.

One site links to you -- you link to another... and another one links to the first one. This way you do not have reciprocal linking that Google supposedly does not like.

The question is -- do you always know the quality of the site linking to you using this Ménage à trois arrangement?

... and is really worth paying 30 to 60 bucks a month when you can do the same thing for free.

I could go on and on, give you my most profitable phrases that I rank for — but I’d be messing myself up by giving you those phrases.

Besides, the run my car on water phrase is a pretty good one.

Whenever I write a post… I first think of the words or phrases I want to rank well for in the search engines.

I write down the main phrase… then I write down three or four related phrases and use them though out the post (article).

Once I’ve finished with the post, I let the post sit — I don’t link to it from anywhere or basically do anything with it for a few days. No promo at all.

I want Google to find it here first — and Wordpress does a good job of that.

If you want to cut your learning curve down a bit — (here’s the pitch), I have created a 40 page report on how I do it

How to run my Car on Water?

  • May. 12th, 2008 at 9:52 PM
A lot of people think it is possible... I even know one guy who converted his truck.

I'll convert my truck over after I see how my buds truck runs for awhile.

If it keeps on running good... I'll be converting mine over quick.

Want To Know How to Run Your Car on WATER as FUEL

ford escape hybrid

Having just purchased a new Ford Hybrid, this sort of stuff interest me.

I am not a tree hugger or do I buy into global warming due to emissions, I am interested in this sort of stuff from a purely selfish financial standpoint.

Is it possible to really use water as fuel in your car? There is very convincing evidence that supports the fact that you can. I’m not talking about Hydrogen… I’m talking about a form of water - HHO (water being H20 and hydrogen being H).

I’ll be the first to admit I know nothing about this stuff.

If you do try this… let me know… I sure would like to know if the results are as good as they report. I cannot imagine getting an extra 10 or 15 miles per gallon. That would be incredible.
